Milo shut down in January 2026 and there was no export, so what is on your phone in screenshots and notes is what you have. That is enough to start from. Here is what to save, and how to get it somewhere that will hold it.

Two things before the list. Find whatever you already have: screenshots, notes, anything you copied out before Milo closed. Then connect Claude or ChatGPT to Hermo: sign in at app.hermo.ai, open Settings then Assistant, and copy the connection URL it shows you. If Milo was synced to Google, Apple or Outlook, those events already live in that calendar and were never Milo's to take away. Hermo writes new events into that same Google Calendar, so the calendar you already have stays the one you use.
Shopping lists, to-do lists, chores and shared notes only ever existed inside Milo, and there was no export. Whatever you screenshotted, or still have in notes, is the starting point. Give them to your connected assistant and it writes them back into Hermo as named lists and dated to-dos, so neither of you is retyping a year of them.
Where a recipe came from a website, the link is enough: a connected assistant adds it to Hermo from the link or from pasted text. For the ones that only ever lived in Milo, a screenshot does the same job. It can set the week’s meal plan too, and Hermo fills the shopping list from the meals you picked.
The things that repeat become habits in Hermo, on a weekly rhythm rather than a streak, so missing a day does not pile up as overdue. The jobs that belong to one of you become Fair Play cards with a named holder. Tell the assistant which is which and it sets them up.

Why did Milo shut down?
Its founder announced in January 2026 that she was closing it, after six years on the problem, because the technology was not yet reliable enough for what Milo was trying to do.
Can I get my Milo data out?
Not now the app has closed, and there was no export before it went. Whatever you have in screenshots or notes is the starting point, and a connected assistant can write that into Hermo for you.
What happened to my calendar?
