Your old app is closing. And there is no export.

Screenshot it, paste it, or copy it out by hand. Give that to Claude or ChatGPT, and it writes the lot into Hermo over MCP. An assistant that can read a screenshot does not need a download button to exist.

How it goes

Three steps, one of them yours

1

Get it out however you can

Some apps give you a CSV or a calendar file. Several have none at all, Maple included, so the realistic route is screenshots of your lists or copying the text into a document. Do it before the account closes, because after that there is nothing to screenshot.

2

Connect your assistant to Hermo

Claude and ChatGPT connect over MCP, on the paid plans. From then on your assistant can write into the planner: to-dos, habits, named lists, the week’s meal plan and recipes.

3

Hand it the screenshots and say where things go

Give Claude or ChatGPT the images and tell it what you want: the recurring jobs as habits, the one-offs as to-dos, the rest grouped into lists. It reads them, writes them in, and you check the result on the planner.

Your calendar is already safe

If the old app synced to Google, Apple or Outlook, those events already live in that calendar and survive on their own. This is about the lists, the recipes and the recurring jobs, which is the part that only existed inside the app.

Bring it across before the lights go out.

Connect your assistant, hand it the screenshots, and check the result on the planner.
