What you get
Things get handled before they become a crisis.
Hermo’s Watchers run in the background and surface things on WhatsApp at the right horizon, while there’s still time to act.
What Watchers are.
Watchers fire at the right horizon, not on the morning of. They run in the background and surface things on WhatsApp when there’s still time to act. You don’t ask them. They show up.
Weekend Watcher: never wonder “what shall we do today?”
Midweek, three curated activity ideas for the weekend ahead. Picked for your family, in your area, with the weather in mind. Sent on WhatsApp, to both parents, with days to spare. So Sunday morning doesn’t arrive with “what are we doing today?”
Half-term Watcher: plan the break before it lands on you.
Weeks before each school break, not the week of, Hermo flags that it is coming and asks how you want to cover it: a trip, day camps, kids at home, or family help. It researches local options with prices, times and ages, and it already knows what you have booked from your confirmation emails. You stop finding out too late.
School-term Watcher: don’t start a term with a half-empty calendar.
In the fortnight before each term starts, Hermo checks what the planner is missing and asks for it: the term dates, or the school’s events PDF with the year-group, class, sport and trip rows. One upload, and the term is in your calendar.
Event Prep: the thing you need to do before the thing.
Hermo reads ahead in your calendar and turns what’s coming into the prep that has to happen first. The costume before World Book Day. The present before the party. The kit before the fixture. It arrives as a to-do on the shared list, and you can tell Hermo which kinds of event are worth prepping for.
Watchers land where you’ll see them.
Weekend ideas arrive on WhatsApp. Half-term and school-term reminders come on WhatsApp and land as a to-do on your shared list. Event prep goes straight onto the list. No app to check, no notification to remember to enable.
