Hermo puts it on your planner and into your week, then brings it back to you on WhatsApp when it matters.

The problem with AI plans
You spend an hour designing the perfect routine. You screenshot it. You promise yourself you will follow it. Then Monday happens. The plan lives in a chat window you never open again, and two weeks later the plan has quietly stopped being a plan.
Claude and ChatGPT connect over MCP. From then on your assistant can see the planner: the habits you already keep, what is already on this week, what the family has booked.
The plan gets built around the week you actually have rather than an empty one. When you are happy with it, your assistant writes it straight in as habits and to-dos, grouped into a list if it needs one.
No new app to open to remember your habit. A message on WhatsApp shows where each habit stands against its target for the week, and you tick them off right there. Your weekly digest shows how the week went.

The difference that matters
Most plans are a mix of both, and putting a thing in the wrong lane is why plans rot. Hermo keeps them apart on purpose.
Something you do again and again, on a weekly rhythm.
One thing, once, and then it is done.
Lifting three times a week is a habit. Booking the physio is a to-do. Your assistant can write both.
Why this works when other things have not
You made it, with the AI you already use. No prescribed programme, no expert telling you what to eat. Just your plan, held for you.
In WhatsApp. Not a fifth wellness app you will delete in a fortnight. Nudges arrive where your friends already message you.
Habits reset each week instead of stacking into a wall of overdue. Miss a Tuesday and Wednesday still starts clean, with nothing carried over and nothing to catch up on.
The same Hermo that keeps the household straight also holds your own plans. One place, one relationship, and both partners can ask it.
Who we built it for
You are the one who keeps everyone else’s week running. You know exactly what you would do for yourself if you had a second brain, a spare half hour, and something that actually checked in. The plan is yours. The follow through is on us.
The one running the strength plan she wrote with ChatGPT.
The one who has put “read more” on the list every year since the kids.
The one trying a proper wind down at 10pm, not another scroll to midnight.
The one who has started the same plan three Januarys running.
Yes. Hermo has an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-capable assistant can write plans, habits and to-dos straight in. The assistant connection is on the paid plans, from £4 a month.
No. Free tiers work fine. Bring whichever AI you already like.
A habit is something you do again and again on a weekly rhythm. It lives in its own lane on the planner, progress is how many days this week you kept it, and it resets every week so a missed day never becomes overdue. A to-do is one thing, once. It sits on the shared list, files onto a Fair Play card which has a holder, and stays until it is done.
You never have to open Hermo. It reaches you on WhatsApp. There is a planner in the browser if you want to look, but nothing you have to keep up to date.
We do not sell your data and we do not run ads. Gmail access is audited by Google, and Hermo never sends, replies to or deletes anything in your inbox. The paid plans fund the product, so your attention does not have to.
Nothing bad happens. Habits reset weekly instead of stacking up as overdue, so you restart clean.
The plan is the easy bit. Follow through is where it falls down.
