Questions parents ask
Is it free?
Yes, completely, and there is no account to create.
What if my kids are at different schools?
Add each child and their school in the same flow. You will see every date together, grouped by child, and can add each school's calendar in turn without starting again.
Where do the dates come from?
Each school district's own published calendar: the first and last day of school, every break, and the single days off the district sets. Every date is labeled with its source.
My school is a charter or private school. Do these dates apply?
Charter and private schools set their own calendars, so the district dates may not match. Subscribe anyway and we'll tell you the moment we have your school's own dates; until then, double-check with the school.
Will it update by itself?
Yes. It is a live subscription rather than a one-off copy, so next year's dates appear on their own and any correction reaches you the same way.
Which calendar apps work?
Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook.com all subscribe directly. You can also download a one-time .ics file for anything else.
