Yes, the calendar Cozi gives you. And then some.

Hermo’s shared family calendar lives in the tools you already use, and an AI chief of staff takes care of the parts you used to type, watch for, and ask about.

The shared calendar, the way you’d expect.

Hermo writes events natively into your Google Calendar, the one you already use, the one already on your partner’s phone. The Hermo web app also publishes a shared family view both parents can see together.

Included on every plan.

Events appear from your inbox, automatically.

The school newsletter at 7am becomes a calendar event before drop-off. World Book Day, parents’ evening, the holiday-club deadline, all of it lands on the calendar without anyone typing it in. Cozi waits for you to type; Hermo does the typing.

Inbox autopilot is on the 3rd Parent plan, £12/month.

Watchers surface what’s coming, before it becomes a crisis.

Half-term arrives weeks before the panic. Holiday-camp deadlines show up while the good spots are still open. Weekend ideas land every Friday. Cozi shows you a date; Hermo tells you to act on it in time.

Watchers are on the Helper plan, £4/month.

Ask on WhatsApp.

“What’s on tomorrow?” “When does ballet end?” “Are we free Saturday?” Either of you can query the calendar from your own WhatsApp, without opening anything.

WhatsApp interface is on the Helper plan, £4/month.

FAQ

Calendar questions, answered.

What calendar does Hermo write to?

Hermo creates events natively in your Google Calendar. They appear alongside everything else you already have, on every device that syncs your Google account.

Do both partners need Gmail?

Only the parent connecting Hermo to their inbox needs Gmail (on the 3rd Parent plan, that’s the inbox Hermo reads). The other parent just needs WhatsApp and access to the shared family view at hermo.ai.

Can I edit or delete a Hermo-created event myself?

Yes. Hermo’s events are native Google Calendar events, so they behave like every other event. You delete or edit them with Google Calendar’s own controls.

Does the shared family view work for both partners?

Yes. Both of you sign in at hermo.ai and see the same shared family calendar view, alongside the shared to-do list and meal plan.

Make the invisible visible.

Connect your inbox, message Hermo on WhatsApp, and watch the Invisible Load become a list both of you can see.
