Weeks ahead of the break, while places are still available, rather than the week it starts.

Where do the club options come from?

From the web, researched around your area and your children’s ages, plus any club emails already in your inbox. You can add your own finds through a connected assistant.

Does it see the club emails I already get?

Yes, on the paid plans. Club and camp emails from the senders you pick in Gmail are read automatically, with no forwarding.

Does Hermo book the club for me?

No. Hermo does not book or pay for anything. It brings you the options and creates the to-do, and you make the call.

Can I send it a plan I made in ChatGPT?

Yes. Hermo has an MCP server, so you can connect Claude or ChatGPT and have it write what it finds in as to-dos, grouped into a list if it needs one. The assistant connection is on the paid plans, from £4 a month.

Does it know my school’s term dates?

For schools in England and for US districts, yes. On a paid plan you can also upload the school’s own calendar PDF and Hermo will pull the dates out of it.
