Over MCP, so it can see what is already on the meal plan and what the family has on that week before it suggests anything.
Your assistant checks Hermo for the family calendar and the recipes you already have. Grandma coming? One more portion. Parents out? Something quick for the sitter. It picks from your collection, or adds new recipes to it.
Hermo fills the shopping list from the meals you chose, plus the things you buy every week anyway. Both parents get the menu each morning, and you can ask Hermo how to cook any of it.
Does Hermo choose the meals?
No, and that is deliberate. You or your assistant pick them. Hermo handles what follows: the plan on the shared view, and the shopping list built from it.
Does it know about allergies or what we do not eat?
Only what you have told it. Hermo never infers a dietary need from an email or flags one on a list by itself.
Does it know what is already in the cupboard?
No. There is no stock tracking, so the list is what the recipes need, not what you are missing.
Can my partner see the list?
Yes. The meal plan and the shopping list are shared, and both of you get the menu each morning, so whoever is passing the shop can pick it up.
Bring the assistant you already use. Hermo takes it from the plan to the list.
