About Hermo
The people behind the product
Every parent knows the feeling. You read the email, you meant to act on it, and somewhere between school pickup and dinner it disappeared. The mental load of running a household is relentless, and almost entirely invisible to the people who aren't carrying it.
Jenna and Fabian have spent the last decade building products that sit on top of email and use AI to quietly remove daily admin. Their first company had a simple mandate: make logistics automation simple. Back then, extracting data from unstructured documents, emails, attachments, PDFs, was inaccessible to most companies. They changed that, growing it into an enterprise platform trusted by logistics companies across the globe, ultimately acquired by the largest Australian-listed tech company.
While building that, they also became parents. Now raising two young boys, they've lived firsthand the invisible weight that comes with managing a household, the appointments, the reminders, the endless back-and-forth that takes time away from life.
They've solved this problem before. Just for a different industry.
Hermo is what happens when that same thinking gets applied to the place it matters most: home. It connects to where information already flows, starting with email, and automatically extracts the events, tasks, deadlines, and details that keep a family running. The dentist's number. The school pickup rules. The insurance renewal date. Everything someone needs to pick up a task and execute it, no briefing required. And because it lives in WhatsApp, there's nothing new to download, no new habit to form.
So you can stop holding it all in your head. And start being present for the parts that actually matter.
